• We DO NOT allow cancellations or returns for scheduled tutoring sessions, whether purchased online or through other channels.
• As part of our dedication to providing the best educational services, we DO NOT accept returned tutoring sessions.
• Refunds are exclusively available for individuals who have opted for the tri-monthly tutoring plan and can be requested within a maximum period of 30 days from the date of purchase.
• We DO NOT support exchanges or returns for scheduled tutoring sessions.
• Refunds can be processed if you cancel a scheduled session, typically taking 7-10 days.
• Once a session is in progress, it cannot be returned, canceled, or refunded.
