How many students will each private group tutoring session have?

In each private group tutoring session, there will be a maximum of TEN(10) students.

Do you offer one on one private tutoring sessions?

Do you offer monthly packages?

YES. We offer monthly packages for persons who feel comfortable paying on a monthly basis.

What happens if I pay for a tutoring session and I do not attend?

The class missed will be rolled over into the following session.

What happens if I lose internet connection during the class?

If by any chance any of our students internet drops, the student will be sent practice questions of the topic at hand.

What platform will the tutoring sessions be conducted?

Our platform of choice will be ZOOM, due to the ease of access for all subscribed students.

Does Clive The Tutor offer in person tutoring?

We do not offer in-person tutoring at the moment due to the current pandemic.

What country is Clive The Tutor based in?

Clive The Tutor is based in the island of Saint Lucia but we host tutoring sessions for students around the Caribbean.

Will the classes be recorded?

YES! All classes will be recorded and posted after each session, allowing our students to do the necessary revisions.

Will the classes be interactive?

All our classes will give each student a chance to speak out about various issues on the topic being enforced.

Do you offer help with SBA Assignments?

YES. We offer help with SBA assignments at an additional cost. Feel free to contact us by email at: contact@clivethetutor.com

Will I need to turn my camera on during the class?

Activating your camera is not mandatory but we strongly advise that you do, so our online tutors can ensure that each student is attentive.

What is the duration of the class?

The duration of each class is 2 hours.

What happens if another student is being interruptive during the class?

The interruptive student will be given a warning, however after 3 warnings the student may be ejected from our course with no refund being applied.

How can I contact my tutor?

Contacting any of our tutors is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of your account.

Can I ask questions during class?

Please feel free to ask any questions during the class, regarding the topic that is being enforced.

Will the classes have quizzes?

We will conduct regular quizzes every two weeks. To ensure each student is adequately prepared. Also to have a proper understanding of where each student needs help.

What age must I be to attend your tutoring sessions?

Our students must be at least 14 years or older to engage in our tutoring sessions.

What happens if I am not satisfied with the tutoring session?

If you are not satisfied with our service, please let us know so we could tailor it to your satisfaction.

How will a student’s progress be evaluated?

Students progress will be evaluated by conducting quizzes throughout the duration of our course.

Do you give refunds?

YES. However, refunds are only issued to persons who have subscribed to our tri-monthly package and are not satisfied in the first month.

How long before the class must I be connected?

We suggest that our students connect FIVE (5) minutes before the commencement of the session
